I and my wife checked in at Turkish  airways counter yesterday , they talk us our baggages were only sent to Dubai airport, not transfer to HK then Taipei, as our connect flight tickets were not buying from them.


When we arrived Dubai Airport, Dubai customs didn't allowed us to go out then taking baggages, we have spent AED325- for baggage extra transferring fee.


This is my first time met, how poor system from this Turkish Air! They did then other competitors never do.


I have to modify our SOP

of 「when buying airline ticket」as a blacklist.
